LTFF 2010 Press Accreditation Essential Information
ACCREDITATION :
THIS IS NOT AUTOMATIC FOR LTFF 2010 EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ACCREDITED AT PREVIOUS FESTIVALS. YOU HAVE TO REQUEST IT AND YOU MUST HAVE SENT US YOUR COVERAGE OF LTFF 2009.If you were accredited at last year's Festival and want to come back this year, your director or editor will have to send us a signed request designating you for this purpose.
Do not forget that it is essential that we receive a copy of your coverage in 2009 before we can consider any application for accreditation at the LTFF 2010.
Please note that submission of the requested documentation and information does not automatically guarantee press accreditation.

NEW ACCREDITATION REQUESTS
If this is going to be your first time at the Festival, or if you haven't been here for several years, the LTFF requires you to supply documentation you will have to send us depending on the kind of media you will be representing:
PRESS AGENCY:
- A letter from the director or editor of the agency designating you to cover the Festival, giving as much information as possible about the kind of coverage anticipated and providing a list of the media to which the agency provides information.
- A sample of material about cinema recently drawn up for circulation in the different media signed by the agency.
- A sample of your recent work, either related to the coverage of another festival, or to other cinema related or cultural news and events.
WRITTEN PRESS:
- A letter from the director or editor of your media designating you to cover the Festival, giving as much information as possible about the kind of coverage anticipated (e.g. a general daily round up, interviews, reports on the different films, etc.).
- A recent sample of the publication containing your work (articles or press clippings of photos copyrighted by you).
ON LINE PRESS:
- A letter from the director or editor of your media designating you to cover the Festival, giving as much information as possible about the kind of coverage anticipated, in addition to information about the web page and its URL.
- A recent sample of your work, either related to the coverage of another festival, or to or to other cinema related or cultural news and events.
RADIO AND TELEVISION:
- A letter from the director or editor of your media designating you to cover the Festival, giving as much information as possible about the kind of coverage anticipated, name of the programme, etc.
- A copy of the programme you produce and in which you participate.
FREELANCE:
- A letter from the director or editor of one of the media with with whom you work designating you to cover the Festival, indicating your intention to publish/broadcast your report, giving as much information as possible on the kind of coverage anticipated (e.g. a general daily round up, interviews, reports on the different films, etc.).
- A recent copy of this publication/programme, giving transmission details.
- Three of your works to have recently published/broadcast, and which are related either to the coverage of another festival or to other cinema related or cultural news and events.
- A list of the media to which you regularly contribute.
PRESS PHOTOGRAPHER:
- A letter from the director or editor of one of the media with with whom you work designating you to cover the Festival, indicating your intention to publish/broadcast your report, giving as much information as possible on the kind of coverage anticipated (e.g. a general daily round up, interviews, reports on the different films, etc.).
- Three recent press clippings of photos copyrighted by the photographer or the agency.
- A recent copy of your periodical.
